General Requirements

Technical Requirements

Knowledgeable in 2 of the following development languages:

• With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create program based on supervisor’s instruction and/or detailed program specification.
• Analyse application problems; distinguish the source of the problem from source code errors or incompatibility with the operating system/other application; and must be very resourceful in looking for an appropriate solution.
• Meet project deadlines.

Technical Requirements

• Above-average interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Has significant Information Technology (IT) background and knowledge of IT products in both hardware and software including applications and services.
• Considerable experience in sales, marketing, and negotiations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for network and software development and keep track of other sales activities.
• Develop new accounts for the business.
• Accommodate sales inquiries, draft proposals and quotations.
• Maintain and update client database regularly.
• Communicate and coordinate closely with existing and prospective clients in promoting products and services including follow-ups.
• Process invoices and other documents related to sales transactions.
• Sources and canvass IT products and services from suppliers and distributors including order processing.
• Assist/conduct market survey, research and other marketing activities such as product presentations and seminars for the company.
• Coordinate with the accounting department in the preparation and processing of all billing receipts and invoices of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud network architectures (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, gateways).
• Configure and manage hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute).
• Implement and maintain network security controls (firewalls, NSGs, security groups, WAF).
• Monitor and optimize network performance, latency, and availability.
• Support multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Troubleshoot network issues across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Architects, and Security teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
• Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation.
• Support disaster recovery and high-availability designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years in cloud networking or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, NAT, and load balancing.
• Experience with VPN and site-to-site connectivity.
• Familiarity with network security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology would be advantageous.
• 1-3 years in Technical and Network Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge in setting up and maintaining CISCO Meraki.
• Advanced knowledge in setting up servers.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Knowledgeable in firewall configuration and management.
• Advanced knowledge on PC troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge on network troubleshooting, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Knowledgeable in MS Server, Linux, and SQL database.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the IT Heads on the deployment and maintenance of network technologies.
• Enhancing intranet performance and creating internet domains.
• Testing the exchange of data between computers, servers, modems, and routers.
• Installing, configuring, and updating network software, as well as maintaining hardware and network devices.
• Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
• Optimizing server capacity to keep up with demand in online traffic.
• Testing network protocols and ensuring stable and secure server connectivity.
• Providing onsite or remote technical support, and preparing user manuals.
• Documenting network processes and layouts, as well as enhancing network security.
• Keeping abreast of developments in network infrastructure and technologies.
